RecommendedKathleen, Laurie and Amy really helped us out. We bought a washer/dryer pair that arrived damaged and the dryer had to have a complete motherboard replacement out of the box. When corporate HD shuffled it off as a manufacturer issue, these three people took care of us. Thank you!
Ordering blinds from them is a nightmare. All of them were damaged. I couldn't believe whoever cut them decided it was okay to be sent out for installation. Over two months now and I have yet to receive any replacement blinds. And I being charged for them. Not sure why I'm being charged for a product that I cannot even see!
My son had s party today at Home Depot! It was seriously one of the best parties we have had! The kids had a blast building things! Thank you SO MUCH! :) Great store!
Waited an hour and a half for shingles that was paid for 4 hours earlier. Very disappointed
Store is cluttered and the loading area is always packed with unoccupied cars and trucks of people too lazy to walk across the parking lot. Traffic is always impeded there. Pre-mixed thinset mortar was HARD AS A ROCK when I opened the can. I can rarely find help loading heavy items or someone to cut a board. I have shopped at HD stores in 5 states, and the Greer store is the worst by far!
Well folks - I made a specific out-of-the-way visit to HOME DEPOT in Greer this afternoon. I went to the Customer Service desk and inquired about Veterans Discounts. I discovered that I don't qualify, even though I am a Viet Nam Vet and have a VA Benefits card that's good for EVERYTHING - service related or not. HOME DEPOT IS OUT! Help spread the word!
