Ross at Home Depot on fountain grove is the man! Most amazing service I have ever had at any store (not just Home Depot) ever!!!!!
Don't ever consider an extended warranty with these jokers. The service people are not in the area so you don't get any priority. I will be shopping a Lowes from now on

Their "in home" consultation scheduling is dreadful. We had 2 appointments set up - both were confirmed and both were rescheduled. We also had an in store appointment w Leon and he was a total no show, however the person that helped us was excellent.
