Ortiz Trucking's delivery driver, delivering for Home Depot, could not have been more rude and less accommodating, refused to give his name, came 1/2 hour earlier than the 1-5pm delivery window that was given, help for the scheduled time was arranged and had not arrived, refused to come back. This was a delivery of a refrigerator, stove and microwave. Pissed.
Even theres a lot of reviews with no customer service still they continue not helping a wondering guests.

During hours of 10-5 it's difficult to get someone to help or answer questions. Hovering over an employee is not my idea of customer service or wandering the store looking for an employee who doesn't have a group waiting to be helped hanging around. More employees needed to help customers!!!!very frustrating.... U have only a handful of employees that know your store and can really help with customers needs. Gardening, plumbing and hardware are great!!!!!
Awful customer service!!!!! Called this morning trying to reach the flooring department and was put on hold for over 15 minutes the first time cycling through a recording over and over and over..... Called back twice more and went through the same thing. How infuriating!!! After a fourth time calling the woman just answered the phone without a hello and said no one is available we can call you later!! Could the Pilipino lady in the tool section care any less? I literally stopped her to ask a question and she wouldn't look at me even. Thankfully there are people like her who care so little it consistently gives me fodder for my blog about customer service. If you haven't guessed, her example is specifically what not to do. Remember even though the paycheck may read "Home Depot," really, we're the ones paying her. Well, not I.
