Recommendedflower gardens day for me
It’s so nice that when we’re in a pandemic this store would not accept a receipted return item since the item was purchased at the Tosa store. So now, I get to make a trip ten miles further from my home in order to make the return. The reason the item was purchased at the Tosa store in the first place is that I work in Tosa but since we’re all ordered to stay at home, I have no reason to be in Tosa anytime soon. Thanks a bunch Home Depot. Such great concern for your customers.
We have had a terrible experience overall. Ordered doors on 10-8-19. Still waiting for the install. Have reached out several times to get info on our order. All I want is an estimated install date. Seems we have to keep tabs or nothing will happen with our order. Today, I chatted with a rep online. She reached out to the store and the manager is supposed to be calling us. That was hours ago. Seems home depot really just doesn’t care.

Good Prices friendly Service
I went there looking for items for my home, and when I asked an employee they just sat there and laughed at me. It reminded me of why I never shop at Home Depot to begin with. Terrible store with terrible customer service.
I am soo disappointed with Home Depot. Basically I was told that we have unrealistic expectations of their laminate. Not to mention we had a whole string of delays - warped top on the first one, wrong top came in, etc. We ordered them on August 1 and the second installation last week - no cooktop or sink that whole time. Just went into Home Depot in Menomonee Falls, Wi looking at vanities in the center section of the store. After several minutes of no workers approaching us, my wife and I walked up to the customer service counter to inquire about some help. The kid at the counter didn’t even know what a vanity was and wasn’t helpful in finding us a knowledgeable floor person.
