We had Dave today at check out and he was wonderful!!! He engaged out daughter Alice and was extremely kind to all of us. We need more people like Dave in the world. We always have a great time at Home Depot as my husband is a carpenter, but today felt extra special :)
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. We ordered a garage door and came to pick it up. The first guy we approached referred us to two girls at the counter. They complained about having to answer the phone and took forever to look up our door. The told us it would be up in a few minutes. 20 minutes later my husband approached the counter wondering where the door was. They didn't know. The people are always helpful at this store. I was here today for the kids work shop and the boys had a great time. Thank you for putting on a special event like this.
Love love Home Depot!!! Bought our paint and hardware for our kitchen cabinets. Also bought our wood floor, faucet AND our new GRANITE!!! It all turned out lovely!!! Great prices, product and people!!! Thank you Home Depot!!!!!!
