I have been in this store quite frequently lately due to a couple home updates, and Barbara at the service counter has been amazing. She is the most helpful, delightful, and kind person. PLEASE recognize her for her hard work and dedication to customer service. She is a gem!
I purchased a dishwasher from The Home Depot in April 2018. The door has leaked since installation. I have had two service calls through GE which did not resolve the leaking issue. Home Depot tells me I have to resolve the problem with GE. GE tells me they can't do any thing more, and I have to resolve the issue with The Home Depot. Four phone calls, a message to a supervisor, and still no resolution. I am paying for a service appointment from Mr. Appliance of Milwaukee tomorrow. I have stopped into this location twice recently. Both times I was greeted warmly (very nice gentleman, very helpful) They second time I brought my two dogs. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind to us. I found what we needed and had the very best shopping experience BOTH times. Thank you, you have a loyal customer.
I received the best customer service with Flynn in the lumber department today. He helped both my dad and I find the right piece of wood for our project. He did a fantastic job cutting the board to size and was the best experience I've ever had here at Home Depot. This guy deserves a raise, and took very good care to ensure that we got just what we needed. A+ service, keep it up!
I was there yesterday trying to pick out paint for my bathroom, I was looking at samples of white toned with other color's, (blue, red, etc). I had no idea how much the under tone color would show. The girl in the paint department was so helpful, (I wish I would of looked at her name tag! I was there at 4:30 pm.) she asked questions about the color of my floor, and shower curtain, and explained which undertone would go best. I greatly appreciated her help!
