Called up to the hardware department. Was told if we wanted to wait 10 min they could help us but they were pretty sure they had the part. Drive up there. Same guy says ...i dont think we carry those, checks the computer and says...nope we don't. Thanks a lot. If someone was able to help over the phone we could have saved the trip i doubt Thursdays at 8pm is a peak business time.
Wouldn’t do the home delivery for appliances unless you like the water spout on the side of your house broken off and the workers saying nothing about it. And now you have a flooded basement and still no response from Home Depot after 8 hours......great customer service!!!!!!!
