incompetent employees. unorganized management. lost a order that was prepaid for & was supposed to be shipped. (how does one "lose" over 50 large paver blocks for a patio) & then not offer to fully address or solve the problem. (from 7.22.2020) till current. (yes, I sent my complaint to their Corp. office).
I go at 6:30 am,so I don't have to deal with foolishness. Worst customer service EVER! I WAITED patiently for the cashier as she cleaned off her area. She called out, How can I help you? I walked over I tried to show her the screen of my phone that I was looking for the item. She said, "She wasn't coming over to look at my phone." She was so rude to me, and overtly kind to her co-worker an the gentleman that her co-worker was working with, so much that the customer looked at me in disbelief of her treatment towards me. It is the dirtyiest and almost dangerous store to be in.. hazzards all over the place.. get it cleaned up before somebody gets hurt real badly!!
everything is always freshly stocked as opposed to the Dearborn location. You can actually find knowledgeable people that can help you there too.
wanna give a personal shout of recognition to Dakota super helpful in everyway possible even if it was a brief interaction. also ran outside just to grab my last 3 pieces of lumber. much appreciated young man
went through Shirley's line she rang me up and was putting my bags in the cart as she filled them. she forgot one bag. it had gorilla glue and frog tape in it. I called and asked if they keep track of stuff left. the lady said no that they just put it back on the shelf. the glue was 5.97 and the tape was 8.97 . so they put it back on shelf and make more money.. this just isnt right. it wasnt my fault. this just makes me confirm that I will be doing business elsewhere.
Came in for five items the website says were in stock. Two of the items where in different homes than what was reflected on the website. Three of the items were not in their homes, and I could not locate an employee to ask. More often than not I leave this store empty handed. Going to start shopping elsewhere from now on.
We are doing a ton of work to a home. Third trip we have made this week. The woman who works at the customer service desk is extremely rude. every time I've been there. I'm over her attitude and I strongly suggest someone either tone her down a few notches or replace her. definitely lost customers! Also I might add I called to check on the status of an order and was told to call back because they were actually servicing people who actually took the time to come into store. seriously???
