The Humble Home Depot is always lacking customer service, and the employees you do locate are not very knowledgeable. I'll just drive 3 exits down to the Porter location which always has someone to help :)

I have purchased 2 Home Depot (Glacier Bay) branded items, and I am EXTREMELY disappointed, I am on my 3rd control box for my kitchen sink, and it has failed. The remote function on my ceiling fan also failed less than 2 weeks after purchase. I would recommend NOT buying any Home Depot captive brands, I am not impressed by the quality or support.
