And if the Home Depot near my how lumber cutting machine worked I would have NEVER come here to be treated rudely! Talk about customer service it’s a JOKE!
My husband and I went to Home Depot today (June 23 at 7:00 pm). We looked at many refrigerators and never once did anyone ask us if we needed help. When we found the refrigerator we wanted, we asked for help with purchasing and delivery. A gentleman pointed us to three men who looked at us from their desks but ignored us completely! I was going to apologize for “interrupting” but I needed help. After 2 minutes, my husband said we are done and we left. We will take our business elsewhere!
Found a gray and white puppy inside the store before opening. Had customer service paged about puppy running around the store...
I come to the store to shop, but this is the second time I came for a workshop and was extremely disappointed.
Some help for your customers would be nice. We needed a piece of pipe cut and were told by an employee aisle 22 is where you can cut, trim and use the saw there. Went to the garden center and several employees walked by.... not 1 asked if we needed help. Thanks Home Depot for the customer service, you severely lack in it. Stocking shelves is more important than helping your customers.
