always have what im looking for and more. this location has pretty much only two cashier cash registers the rest are self checkout... wich is easy for small items but geta a little frustrating when you have to wait foe an attendant.
Being this store is not following social distancing parameters I will not recommend this location and will not be returning. Most Employees were not wearing masks and were standing elbow to elbow to each other as well as customers.
Can you imagine you placed a $1700+ bathroom vanity from a company and receiving the set with missing parts, calling them as soon as you received the cargo, and being informed that they'll send the missing parts right away? Almost 10 days passed, I called them today, and parts are still not shipped. I'm telling them that I'm 38 weeks pregnant, can give birth anytime and it'd be a nightmare to coming home without a water supply in our bathroom with a newborn, and they DON'T CARE. Just spent 20 minute there trying to exchange something and got bounced around from two different cashiers. I think everyone working there is hung over or on their phones.. very frustrating.. this is not the first time either.
Very poor customer service at the Anaheim Hills store. We ordered carpet on a very tight deadline. We changed our schedule for the measuring appt. They wrote down the address wrong and then refused to accommodate us with an appointment on the day they promised. Crappy service!
No longer except returns with out receipts
