Absolutely awful store. Ordered patio doors in December and its July.... No screen doors still. They have lost them 2x and can't give me answers on when we can expect them.....totally horrible. wont ever purchase anything ever from HD.

I've been going to home depot for 24 years now. I made an appointment a week ahead of time to meet up with the Kitchen and Bath Designer here at the North Upland Store. I called in a day ahead to verify the time since I'd forgotten the time and who I'd spoken to. I talked to an employee who didn't identify herself and gave her my last name. Bought beautiful flowers at a great price 🌺🌺the cashier suggested we get Home Depot card to save $50 which my Sister did and saved $50 from the order.

We bought a refrigerator there they said they had to order it and it would take 10 days!!! I said ok because I really wanted that refrigerator due Tuesday. 10/9 then they called said oops have to deliver Thursday 10/11then called again and said Friday 10/12!!! After trying to contact Manager there they kept me on hold transfer my calls all over and still not satisfied they did offer refrigerator until ours arrived but why now!!! 2 days really!!! If they cancel again I’m going elsewhere!!!!!!!!!
