I asked for help bringing a very large and heavy shed out to our trailer. The cashier tried to call for help. No one answered her call. I watched her ask another cashier to ask for help. The other cashier stated “we don’t have many guys”. We went outside and tried to load it ourselves while two employees watched. Neither said anything to us nor offered assistance. Needless to say a kind stranger had to help us load our shed. There was no assistance from Home Depot. Next time, we will take out larger purchases elsewhere.
Very poor customer service
We ordered an entire kitchen suite and it was delivered in 3 deliveries. First 2 went perfectly as scheduled. The 3rd was a nightmare. Scheduled for 11a-3p, took the entire day off work, for them to never show up and never call. I finally reached out to them at 8pm and their customer service was absolutely no help. She told me the driver called and left a message that we had been rescheduled for the next day. Absolute lie as we never had a missed call or message on either number they have for us. home depot helped us ordered a patio set online, when we got it the table frame was bent and tiles were broken. Barb the customer service rep we spoke to at the store was no help and rude, management wouldn't talk to us at all. now we have to bring the whole set back because they can't replace just the table, and they will order another set, after she told us the set we got is out of stock. UP DATE YOUR FILE ON CUSTMER FILE I HAVE TRIED FOR THREE DAYS IT KEEPS SAYING IT WRONG I USED THE ONE YOU SHOW IT KEEPS SAYING WRONG
there was a gentleman there that was prior service of 32 years that was very knowledgeable of were everything was and was able to help me and my father out very quickly.
I love to come with my little dog & browse & dream!
