I went to just pick up moving boxes-not an expensive purchase. I received assistance in finding them quickly and help to get them into my car and paid less than 1/2 the price the mover was going to charge! Little thing-but it makes the chore so much more pleasant.
Our LG washing machine started on fire about a month ago. I contacted LG and they weren't of too much help, they have horrible customer service. We reached out to the Home Depot where we bought them to see if they could help us out with LG, and the manager Angie did so. That in itself was excellent customer service since she didn't really have to do that. In the end LG instead of replacing the unit like I thought they should have offered me a sum of money. great store to shop in! I tend to spend too much there
I was a little more than upset when my daughter got hurt in your store last weekend and every employee disappeared. Any other day we get stopped several times and offered assistance. My daughter got hurt on a table saw on display and I had to prompt someone at a register for an ice pack. Didn't even bother to ask me what happened.
