We've bought from here many times. So nice to be able to buy wood inside then having to go outside to pick it out. Just bought wood for our enclosed porch project and the guys were very helpful!
Bought a door with side door, and also paid for installation.My door was installed alright, but the side door which costed much more than the actual door had the wrong glass block. After visiting the store, they agreed to replace the glass block but made no attempt to install it. Then some Tim called and says that we agreed that we will install the glass block ourselves. I was looking at a saw they did not have on display. Even told the assistant manager Tim i belive that I wasnt planning on buying today but he insisted on taking one out of the box. I loved it just as i thought and i bought it right then because of the awesome customer service.
Horrible customer service. 2 weeks now and still waiting for the washer/dryer i purchased. I call everyday and always told it will be in the next day. Received a text message today saying it is in, call HD Sheboygan and they tell me it is not in! Josh at customer service is the only person I've talked with that is not rude. I better be getting a discount or i will be demanding my money back and purchasing elsewhere.
Placed an online order. Just found the item sitting on my porch in the snow, no shipping box or packaging. Just the item with a shipping label on it. Was supposed to be a gift but the person whom it was intended for was the person who found it. And the box was soaking wet. Seriously??!
If anyone is considering taking out an extended protection plan on an appliance with Home Depot (especially a refrigerator) don't waste your money. Ours refrigerator stopped working and I was told someone would call us within 2 working day and they couldn't gaurantee that either and then they would set something up when they would have a repair person in our area. As I told the person on the other end of the line that if this was a range, a washer or dryer I wouldn't have a problem waiting a few days but with a refrigerator ... read more
