I recently purchased iron railing for my deck and was impressed how friendly and helpful everyone was. My material was responsible priced and delivered free yes free . I met the regional manager while there very friendly and had his work clothes along with his HD apron.
Terrible delivery/installation service. Purchased appliances in store, scheduled delivery for one week out, I was told they would deliver between 3-7p and would receive a phone call 30 minutes out. I got my phone call at 10:30pm that they would deliver at 11:00pm!
I love going to Home Depot. The people are extremely friendly and they are very professional. I've never asked a question somebody couldn't answer. But most importantly to me everyone there talks to my dog...he thinks he's a therapy dog for Home Depot workers...shhh don't tell him he's not.
Disappointed today (Granted Easter Sunday) Went in to look at Ryobi Lawn Mower. None on display - associate did not know that Ryobi even made one. He suggested that I go home and order from the website. This store (Winchester) lost a big order.
