Purchased a gas grill with free assembly online, chose the options to receive email and text when the grill was ready for pick-up. Which I did receive both stating that the grill was ready for pickup. Once at the store, the clerk went to retrieve the grill and came back to the counter without the grill. Ordered GE appliances at the end of January. Delivery today and driver refused to deliver. He offered to leave them in the carport only (house being built, nothing was going on inside though for this reason). He told his boss he was afraid to get stuck and said there were no steps to house (all a lie; he backed up to carport where steps are so no mud or anything). They could stand behind their work. I purchased flooring and the installers messed up the installation. Home depot would only refund part of the money that I had to pay them in advance. I now have to get the floor done again. I am thinking about talking to my attorney.

Do not go there expecting help to load your purchase. After you have loaded it on a cart checked yourself out & asked for help loading , after waiting 15 min someone finally showed up . But their idea of helping is to watch you load it . After complaining of the help Assistant manger was rude & not interested in our complaints . After being a Home Depot Customer for 25 years will NEVER Shop at a Home Depot again ! I’m a Lowe’s customer for life after this !
