Very frustrating that we had to pay $60.00 for delivery of the wrong cooktop. The mistake was on them! �
We were in the store tonight (2/10) and Jim helped us select a security door for our home... he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and thorough... he also helped us select the handles for our door... impeccable customer service and a warming escort to the front desk to complete our purchase... thank you Home Depot Prescott Valley for selecting such genuine guy like Jim to be a part of your team.. It has been over a month now... put in and paid deposit for 3 window instillations ... several calls and several visits at first have led me to nothing. Cannot find out when the windows will be in and installed. Called the number for the "Scheduler" always have to leave a message.. when she calls back she doesn't leave any details .. just call her for updates.. round and round I go. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this kind of customer service. Need answers... even if it is via a message.. No one here but me.. any message on my phone i... read more
Fix the parking lot already. It's like a juggling act trying to push a lumber cart and keep stuff from bouncing off. I really like this store. Customer service is usually excellent. The parking lot seriously needs work.
