Clean Your Freaking Bathrooms! Its Disgusting!
RecommendedHelpful employees who come to you! Take the time to listen, help you look for items and never act impatient, bored or distracted. I just moved here. Went to both stores and the Prescott Valley store is best! Also, good inventory and clean store.
Beware of Home Depot gift cards and store credits! Home Depot is refusing returns on items purchased with store credit from a gift card. on 6/10/20, I purchased $140.78 in items at Prescott Valley Home Depot. I used a store credit of $8.70, left over from a gift card. That afternoon, I attempted to return an item that was not what the Home Depot employee claimed it was. Customer service is terrible! Not practicing Covid 19 safety procedures! No carts and the employee tells me to go get one from the parking! When asked about sanitizing carts she just stared at me! rEALLy
How Do you lose a 450 lb 61" tool chest. Home Depot Customer Service shows it was put on the truck and the truck was delivered to the store, NOW its gone. POOF. This is the final straw for me and this store. They do not cross train their people, Always looking for someone to help you. Management does not give a crap. Lowes has just got my business. I have to go into this store to return something (God forbid I get a hassle with that) and I will never step foot into that store again.
Will take my business elsewhere. Literally a zero day return policy on appliances. My dishwasher was leaking water from the door panel due to a defect, Home Depot wanted nothing to do with it. Blamed the issue on me. Had to wait a month to get an appliance repair technician to fix my brand new appliance. To make the story better, after bringing the issue to corporate attention, I was called by a Phoenix manager to offer compensation for an agreed amount for time lost and how I was treated.
