Worst customer service at their appliance department. Not even the manager wanted to help remedy the complaint for a terrible delivery and condition of an appliance.

The worst experience I've ever had at a Home Depot I walked in and wanted to get a gas grill someone said that she would call someone to help me at the department after 20 minutes wait I looked around for associate I asked the associate for help he looked annoyed and said I'm sorry that's not my department go find somebody else so then I asked him well at least can you tell me if they put grills together and he said no we don't do that bye and walked away. Los empleados se pueden ver platicando en grupos de 3 o 4 en un pasillo y cuando preguntas por ayuda resulta que no es su área dicen que mandarán a alguien y no llega esto ya es recurrente esta tienda es conocida por eso entre los clientes se comenta lo mismo. Fui a comprar un boiler y no tuve problemas para encontrarlo pero tenia que bajarlo y pude leer “SI NECESITA AYUDA LLAME A UN ASOCIADO” el problema es que no encontré ningún asociado que trabajara en esa área.
