I have been to Home Depot twice this week to purchase appliances not one but two big appliances. They have a sale going on so I figured I would utilize this sale and get the refrigerator and gas stove. The first time I went, there were two employees, one who was tending to a MALE customer and the other one was doing nothing. Not once did they ask me if I needed help. Ughhhh don’t use for paint!!! The rest of the Home Depot is great- but I asked them to match my last order and he gave me the same color in a different finish. Of course I didn’t realize until I had completed all touchups and it dried overnight. They comped my next gallon because of this but not even an apology. Currently repainting the whole room. Fml.
Very disappointed by the customer service desk personnel, called on 04/09 morning.
