My husband and I recently rented a floor sander from this location. A young man named Michael was by far one of the most pleasant and helpful team members I have had the pleasure of working with. It was a breath of fresh air to have such a considerate young gentleman helping us. Kudos to him and we will be sure and drive to this location again if we need any further equipment! Thank you !
The staff can't find items (in this case door knobs) that are supposed to be in inventory so rather than being accommodating & having the door knobs transferred from a different store, they said if you want the item, get in your car & go to another store. This is exactly the reason I try to do most of my shopping on Amazon.
Will NEVER do business with this business again. If you don’t have the ID from the military, they refuse to give you back discount now. I have veteran on my driver license, I even have the Veteran ID card from the VA and they refuse to take those. They just fucked up. Lowe’s will have my business from now on. Banning Home Depot.
This is actually a ZERO star rating! Worst customer service I have ever had with any store! ( Magnolia, Tx) Waited two weeks for someone to call for measuring for custom shades. After 2 visits to store speaking to management and numerous phone calls I still did not hear from anyone! And one of those calls was to the Regional manager at the corporate office. No return calls. This location is terrible. The employee had zero knowledge and was extremely rude. Why go here to be told to buy the large item online? And there was no delivery option because I needed the item assembled. If I have to buy online and assemble myself- I will be purchasing it on Amazon. The incompetent employees are losing this store business.
I was under the impression that Veterans got a 10% discount at Home Depot like at Lowes. I showed my driver's liscense with "veteran status" on it and that was not good enough.
