Let me start by saying I was appalled yesterday when I saw how many of your employees were not wearing their masks properly or just had them covering their chins. When we asked for help to find something the only employee around in our aisle, an older man, had his mask dangling under his nose with his mouth exposed. He proceeded to cough and never covered his mouth!!!!! Stop putting people on hold and then switching you from one department to another. I had purchased a washer, dryer, double oven, jen air down draft, dish washer and refrigerator and trash compactor from Home Depot after Harvey. The trash compactor is broken, can't seem to get a repair person or anyone to answer, just get switched from one department and then another, after one hour GAVE UP!

I know times are hard right now but there’s absolutely no excuse to not have sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer for the customers. Not only do you have to touch the baskets but then you have to touch the hand scanners in order to check out. Not a time to take chances and I won’t be back even if I need something desperately!
Hope Depot has lost our business. Closing curb side pick up and making elderly wait in line for orders placed online. Sounds like they are not taking this contagious virus very seriously.
After my experience today with a dishwasher that I bought and had installed, I will never again buy an appliance and have it installed by Home Depot. I am so upset.
Kids workshops are awesome! Learning essential skills and having fun... for free! Family time! Love it!
We feel the store is not manage properly. Every time we go the loading area is full of other merchandise and trucks parked while they shop so that when we come through to pick up our material you cannot drive through. And along with that we cannot find anyone to help us load our truck.
