customer service I have given up on this place. Even at different locations they seem to hire idiots who don't even know where the stuff is in the store, much less anything about the product itself. very sad.
More misses than hits – The only thing Home Depot has going for it are low prices. Usually. The current trend in American business seems to be just to get the price down on everything, at the cost of quality, selection and customer service. Great store Nothing exemplar about this store, but all HDs are really nicely laid out and well maintained, and well staffed. Good customer service, very friendly people, and a large inventory. I recommend HD.
excellent service I shop here frequently and I have always been satisfied with my purchases. Everything is so easy to find and most likely they will have what you need. You dont even have to stop by if you have a question, they will gladly help you over the phone. I highly recommend this Home Depot
