Isn't it a shame that whichever Home Depot employee was interviewed by military dot com saying that active #military and disabled veterans get 10% #discount off of in-store & #ONLINEpurchases (article is current and was updated April 15th, 2016) said that when that is obviously a complete LIE! My disabled combat veteran was just told Home Depot don't give a 10% discount for online purchases & the manager he spoke to got an attitude with him and basically said she didn't care what the article said. This has by far been the biggest Home Depot I've ever been too. I was just amazed by it. I've been in search for many different things for my business lately and I've been going to different hardware stores. This Home Depot is a bit away from where I'm located, but I was in the neighborhood and luckily they had exactly what I wanted / needed!

I just recently had the worst experience! I went in with my two kids (age 4 and 2) to get materials to make a fire pit. After searching the store I finally found And had to ask 4 Home Depot employees for help and all of them said they couldn't help me because it was not their area. So I loaded up 36 concrete cinder blocks with my kids all by myself. I paid for them at which the cashier said you are really strong you don't need help. I got exactly what I needed, thanks to an employee named Chris. He went above and beyond! He tested out a material I needed, listened when I told him I was building a Christmas float, and even told me about a Hope Depot closer to my apartment. This guy is KNOWLEDGEABLE and NICE. Give him a raise!!!! (He has blond hair and was working in the lumber department.)
