My facebook memories reminded me that four years ago today, I was facing eviction from my apartment after getting a restraining order against my abusive partner and removing him from the home. A super nice employee just drove all the way to Vista to pick up the tree I ordered online for pick up at the Encinitas store (but it was sold out in Encinitas, so I would have had to go to Vista to get it) and then he delivered it straight to my house. He didn't have to do that, and it was such a nice holiday surprise for me and my son. We just moved back here from Virginia and were feeling extra homesick for the east coast, and all of our friends there today. Thanks, Awesome Home Depot guy! You totally made our day!
Had a great experience with the Hardware Dept at the Encinitas, Ca store. The manager located the exact replacement screws I needed for the side step bar on my truck, a "construction screw". Thank you!
Worst experience ever I have video to Prove. Joanne manager. Worst Rude not good with problems. Don't go to that store. Go to lowes in box or look at murine line at video. Disgrace
