RecommendedManny, the assistant manager was a gem! I had ordered some items on line and was waiting for a call to have my plumbing contractor pick them up but the call never came. Then I called the store to find out status of my order and couldn't actually speak to a person - only a machine. OMG, get some more clerks for the pick up and customer service line!!! Had to wait at least 20 minutes to pick up our online order....only one persons here with a line of 10 people for pick up and customer service....
Before you accuse a customer of theft maybe just find him a cart for all the objects you watched him drop. And maybe don’t have a superior attitude when you offer him the cart. He is a customer after all, and when you “call” your manager try being honest about how you approached your customer. In general maybe don’t be jerk. Ironically enough at check out the cashier forgot to ring up a $30.00 item, and because I dont steal I pointed out her mistake.

Having one of the worst customer service experiences at the Home Depot in Encinitas, Ca. The installation of my double exterior door was on 3/15/18. Immediately I noticed that the door handle and lockset was lower than the old door (3.5 in) and expressed my displeasure. I called the store COS (installation scheduler) who talked with the factory and she then informed me that it was within their limits and she would be happy to price me out a replacement door.
