World Class Service Home Depot is an excellent store. I ordered a dryer in teh store Friday night. They called the following day and gave me a delivery for the very next day, Sunday, between 4-6pm. As their word about 3:45 pm, their truck with three men onboard. They greeted me, hopped down, quickly took my old appliance back to their truck, unboxed the new, wired in the required plug, added new flex pipe, and had it ready and tested 5 minutes later.
Great Parking I love to shop at this Home Depot because of their parking lots. It huge space and there are plenty to pick from. Most Saturday and Sunday, they offer an outdoor clearance sale. From time to time, I found some neat deal. For example, I brought three doors retail at $100 each for $20 each.
Bad Egg Customer service at Home Depot is really terrible, well just one person really. I called in to ask if they still have the light dimmer in stock since it was on clearance. The lady said she will check and call me back. However, I was on the way down to Home depot. I went in ask, this old lady help me and try really hard to find it for me. Then she went to the lady who I was talking to earlier and that lady exploded and start to yell at the poor old lady because she told the worker if I called back it was out instead o... read more
Service with a smile. I went to Home Depot to grab some plant food and fertilier. There was so many to choose from. I ask the sale assiocated; they were great help. NO matter how many questions i asked, the people were happy to answer me. I find everything from plant food to grass. Next time, i'll just drop by Home depot when I need some home improvment prouducts.
