I was totally ignored and I feel that I was RACIALLY DISCRIMINATED because I didn't appear to be a Latino. The employee was helping a Latino family with choosing a pesticide considering that they have a baby. When the employee was finished with them he just started speaking Spanish with a Latino man who came in AFTER me. I respectfully told the employee (Ol??) that I was there first only to be ignored. I am a frequent customer in stores and online, the last 2 days were spent getting gardening supply's at 2 different Home Depot stores. Not because the stores we out of anything but because we were in the neighborhood of one that we enjoy shopping at and the other is our neighborhood store! Both stores are great with customer service and having what I want when I want it.
Staff is HORRIBLE. More than once I have had to return an item and been told your staff has no money in the drawers. When I have gotten store credit, I end up eating most of the "credit" since your staff does not want to use it properly. Lowe's has better customer service and selection.
I ordered a 7 piece patio dining set. $550.00 worth n what I received was the table, someone else SINK and 2 Pallets I have no use for. I could've purchased all 11 items. Now, that I need assistance
The workers, give no instruction or guidance of the work being done, almost as if if they are mad, and upset with any questions, need more customer service skills!
Was shopping for fresh Christmas Tree and the staff were helpful. They made sure I went home with the correct tree that I paid for and even assisted in carrying it to my van.
