I was just at the Lancaster Home Depot. They do not sanitize their carts until after you have chosen a chart outside then when you walk in the store there is an employee with spray bottle who only sprays the handle and wipes it. Have someone standing outside with the carts cleaning them before customer touches cart. this is not a good practice.
they always have time to help me when there and not knowing what I need to get to finish a project.

Have been without a refrigerator for 2 weeks now because of horrible service contracting! First contractor changed the service date, then LIED about coming to the house as well as LIED about calling twice and then said he wasn't available again until the next week! called CS and they just changed us to another contractor who can't come until next week! Why when one asks for something they tell you a number to look for then turn right or left. Would it not be better if the Home Depot employee would give the added effort to walk the customer to the product being sought. Sorry but Lowes has you beat and Ace has you both beat. Whatever happened to H&E, that was service.
once again I was denied useage of my veteran card at Lancaster home depot. I was told the depot only wants to honor vets on holidays.. but a veteran fought for your freedom all year long.. not just a holiday.. I left my purchases on the counter, drove over to lowes where they honor veterans 365 days a year. I suggest all valley veterans do the same whenever your veteran card is denied, home depot is bending veterans over for increased profit. how patriotic of them!!
CALL THE POLICE IF YOU SEE A SILVER/GRAY DODGE TRUCK. HE HANGS OUT AT THE EDGE OF THE HD AND K MART PARKING LOT. We can most likely find what we are looking for. Personal are always around. We don't have to wait in long lines to pay. What I love the most is that they have the pros parking near by and with easy parking for pickups with trailers. Going to The Home Depot is an awesome experience for my husband and I.
