Ordered a direct vent gas heater that came in damaged, they would only lower the price 100 on a 500 unit. I decided to reorder, second unit came in damaged, as I have no choice but to take it in the behind because of the weather changing I’ll be taking my future business to Lowe’s
Their paint department does not firmly attach the lids of paint. This caused paint to spill in the trunk of the my daughters car. They called it user error & won't fix the problem.

paid almost 700 dollars for an item, for a curb side pick up today, Home depot sent me a Text message at 6:02 P.M. stating it was ready for pick up. I get there asap just to find out they closed early. WTF cold you have not specified this in the text and not let me deal with traffic and waist time and fuel?
Worst experience I have ever had. Ordered my appliances over a week ago. They were supposed to be delivered last Saturday. They get delivered today after not even receiving a call to let me know that they would arrive late. Finally I received my appliances to find out the dryer was damaged. I desperately needed the dryer so i decided to keep it to which they are going to send me “maybe store credit” “maybe money” you guys have lost me as a client. Experienced my best experience , and most memorable ever at this Home Depot. Long , long story short. Jaime in the nuts and screw aisle saw me struggling with the perfect screw to fit a 1930's propane refrigerator handle , that's been an icon at our cabin in lassen national park to this day. She didn't hesitate , took me to the right spot. A set screw instead of the area I was looking. fineally found the right set screw to fit the handle on a 60 year old handle on our treasure.
