The only thing I hate with the home depot,not enough customer service If you are looking for an item, every one is too busy, doing their own thing For another customer
We waited so long after asking for help 4 times with a piece of lumber being cut. After 20 minutes we decided to cut the piece of lumber ourselves. Took a while to do so but managed to do it ourselves.
I've love working at Home Depot for the last two years,
The window and door lady, Daisy, was very helpful. Great customer service! Took her time with me, and helped me understand all my options throughly. Also, I lost my child and the whole store's response was fast and efficient. They found her quickly and were very kind and compassionate to me, a very hysterical mother.
Aside from this Home Depot shutting down l the self help registers reducing all their "registers" to only 2 at night it's fair
Mal servicio al costomer, compre 4 rollo de grama y me salieron mal y no me kicieron reembolsar el dinero, El señor JAIME asistente del mánager se comportó de una forma inadecuada ....!!
