I love shopping @ home depot,the one in Hawthorne,but the one on century Blvd It's hard to get customer service,they Should hire more people !

You guys need to train your staff on how to handle Husky tools warranties , I've been here over 20 minutes to exchange a husky ratchet that broke , the returns lady doesn't want to do it , the hardware lady said it was fine , horrible , the older lady in returns needs some customer service training.
