Friendly and knowledgeable staff
We had ordered an Anderson sliding door screen special order. 1st we got no response from the girl that was going to order it and we had to follow up with her. Then after waiting over 4 weeks we picked it up and it was completely bent and skewed. We brought it back and your customer service rep who was less than sympathetic first argued and then just offered to return the money. No customer service, no offer to make it right, nothing!!! I’m just constantly disappointed in this location. Terrible customer service, rude, stock levels not great, and now they are Anti-Veteran friendly. Won’t accept my DD214 as official documentation of my Vet Status. Knew I should only go to the Anaheim Hills location! Those guys are Rock Stars!!!
It took 30 minutes for someone to tell me that any microwave hood ovens that are on the floor wasn't in stock and needs to be ordered. Not to mention the person who I know saw me walked away and never acknowledged me. That's ridiculous. I could have moved on earlier if your people weren't so understaffed. You need to figure out the solution here Home Depot. I know this problem is not unique to me.

Will in the tree dept was amazing! He helped my tired family find a tree and informed us of how charitable Home Depot really is. I had no idea the tips we give them goes right back to a local charity! I'm proud of Home Depot for doing it because they want to... Not for marketing purposes. Love it!
My stolen drivers license and debit card from over two months ago were eventually found in the safe at this store. Store has absolutely no record of how my stuff arrived in their safe. Strange.
