I have called Home Depot 4 times. I talked with the guy in the mill works department and asked him about a screen door to fit my larger than normal size door, I left my number several times with him. Went to buy new powertools for my dads birthday and instead of employees asking if I need help was told that the tool area i was in would be closed in 10 min which was odd because when I came back it was not. The same employee appeared to be following me around store after as well even when I was at check out. Said employee and blonde manager( I assume) was there. Brea Home Depot is not being a good community citizen . We the residents of Brea do not want homeless in RVs living in the parking lot. I’ve called and spoke to three managers now. A group of Brea residents will be protesting at the store in the very near future ! Not putting up with this!!!

sometimes the department staff are "overextended" but if you hit up the service desk they will help you get the person you need in your department.
