Waited for over half an hour for help in choosing & buying a door. Walked back across the store to ask for help & clerk paged. No response. Another worker on her way to break noticed us standing st the counter & paged again. Nothing. Our business has been taken elsewhere.
We went to Home Depot to look for gutter hooks to hang Christmas lights. They were all out! I asked the Cashier (garden center area) if he knew they were more in the back or if they're going to get more hooks in later. He said he didn't know (didn'5 offer to look it up on his computer). I hired home depot to install windows at my house. The installer cracked one of the windows and said he would be back in a week or two to replace it. It's been a month now and the window is still cracked. No one ever called me. I have called Sales, Installation, & Customer Service several times. They always say they will look into it and call me back. They never call back! I am very upset!
I was just in 2 days ago and saw the Carleton Dining Outdoor Dining set for 749.00 displayed in their store. I Went back today and the price was jacked up to 999.00. So I looked online while I was in the store, online price was 749.00. I asked the woman what gives and she told me she couldn't price match the Home Depot online price. I was just there 2 days ago when it was displayed 749.00. That's a huge 250.00 differance. Same store. Horrible policy not to price match your own store but you price match others. Lame.
