went in to buy plants no one helped me was ready to spend big money the plants that I liked were dead like ready to make a fire dead!!fix your garden center it sucks went to lowes instead across the street plants were alive they look good and got help from 2 associates bad home depot experience never going back...
The Brentwood Home Depot is a JOKE!! I had (4) employees walk by me in the store and not a single one asked if I needed help putting these shelving units on the flat bed cart and then I get outside (2) more walk by while I’m loading and it a word and just as I’m loading the 3rd rack system I get an offer to “help”. My apologies for the less than stellar employee that DID ask who didn’t really warrant my less than pleasant response since she walked by while I was loading the 2nd rack system. I made the mistake of asking a question and interrupting the garden cashier while she was texting. Her response was “ I don’t know”. She was about to finish texting when I asked, ( can you get someone who does”? She pages for assistance. I waited 10 minutes and no one showed up. I went to Lowe’s and received great customer service!
RecommendedGood experience , however when we got home the wrong product was in the box but I took it back the next day and the exchange process went smooth.

Ridiculous...its usually nice when I go to home depot. Today 06/06/2017 1pm guy working self check out man talk about being hounded to sign up for a freaking credit card told him no like 6 times! I couldn't finish checking out because he had it stuck on the "see attendant" screen... then he gets but hurt cause I don't want it. I ask him for if I can use their military discount, it was like pulling teeth explaining it. I'm going to take my business across to Lowe's. Crazy!
