5 employees asked where something was. All 5 sent us in different directions. Left the store not spending a penny.
1 month ago we purchased a Samsung washer. The washer was recalled and when we went back to the store no one knew anything about what we should do. Samsung said we had to purchase another washer before they would give our money back on the recall. The store did not know how to rebate our warranty or taxes paid on the first washer. This review is for the staff on the Paint dept. They are awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them for any of your painting needs Good folks!
home depot is the worst! Over the years I have had three items not work when I get them home (they looked to be returns from other customers as they had missing directions and open packaging) many of the things I have purchased from there are already failing. never going again!
