Went there to buy mulch... parked near the mulch.. planning to have my son load it after paying for it and the cashier argued that there wasn’t any of the brand I wanted.. refused to sell it to me.. after walking back out there it was in.. apparently a truck had come in a few hours earlier.. when I went to tell him that he expected me to stand in line again to purchase!! I needed a washer & dryer immediately, so I went to the Hurst home depot, I stood in the appliance area 35 minutes, finally I ask a passing employee 4 help, they called for assistance in appliances, another 20 minute wait. Went to front desk. I was ignored. I left and went to Lowe's down the street. Got help, purchased my W&D, all within 35 minutes.
I bought a chainsaw at batavia ny Home Depot worked once then wouldn't work took it back, and they would not return it or refund it but they charged me $20 to send it to be repaired "a brand new chainsaw" I feel like I was robbed , think twice before buying from them , the manager was not helpful at all he basically said too bad you bought it here
Home Depot uses a company called CFI Floor Installation located in Livonia for flooring services. Beware of this company used by Home Depot. Their installer was dishonest, unprofessional, and did not complete the contracted job as agreed. If you are scheduled with this company, please make sure that you ask Home Depot for another local contractor. That company is a risk.
Bryson in the blinds department excellently planned our window decor for our entire home. He was thorough and helped us decide on the colors, fabric and design for each window and we would recommend working with Home Depot for their window needs because of his help and guidance.
I went Home Depot at 6333 Cleveland Ave about two weeks looking to replace my kitchen counter tops. I was looking at several different styles not know a thing about counter tops. The Home Depot rep that was there was very nice and explained precisely. I went back today 3/17 around 12pm with measurements to get a quotes and to make final decision.
