It's great they always have what I'm looking for. Their prices are great.
I came for some screws. They have screws up the wazoos. This fact has both positives and negatives. It's positive that given all these choices, they surely will have what you need. It's negative that given all these choices, overwhelm will set in. After returning home, I realized I got the wrong screws, so I thought I could return them and then buy the right ones. There used to be a guy ,they called him The Chief that worked in appaliences that led me to shop at home depot. I think he has moved on to his owen bussiness now .He got the name by serving his country as a chief in the airforce.I am also a 100% disabled vet and I will shop at the place that served me 1st. We bought a fridge for $3000. A week and a half later, it broke down. Though the salesperson said we had 60 days to return, we now have to deal with LG. They said they will only take the fridge if it is working. So a $3000 useless box in our kitchen. HD does not back their products
Helpful and great costomer service
I signed up for a cc to save a few bucks and once approved the discount went away. You can’t get through via phone, chat or web. Some kind of glitch or ? You be the Judge. I plan to cancel the credit card and haven’t charged the first thing on it. Lowes is a better store better web and way better customer service in my opinion.

We have just gone through a bad couple of months. Stove stopped working. We went to Home Depot in Gillette to order a new one. Came home and the dryer was grinding. Back to the store to order a dryer. Both were pleasant experiences. Great customer service. We were told deliver times were 30 days out, but both came in before the projected time. Delivery service is great. Jason and Marcos are both prompt, professional, friendly and I do believe they would go out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. We have no complaint... read more
5 weeks for appliance delivery, though promised in one. Mgr of Appliances very helpful, sales person deceptive. Customer Service terrible. Couldn't find order, phone #, address. On phone being transferred from one person to another, disconnected calls, no clue what they were doing. Product arrived with defects, missing parts. Never again.
