I went in to get new kitchen countertops. I expected to make an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, give me an estimate, etc. Instead, I was informed that I need to take measurements myself, call back with the measurements, and then pay in full for the countertops BEFORE someone can come out and take measurements. I'm not sure if they're running a scam at this store, think I'm stupid, or treat people of color in this way. . .or all of the above. But, I won't be going back to this store.
Possibly the worst Home Depot on this planet. Ever single employee I asked help for including the assistant manager had to ask someone or didn’t even have a clue.
Never buy appliances at the Grand Haven store. They make you wait months for delivery and then ship damaged appliances. The appliances manager Brandon is the absolute worst person to deal with. He is young and very inexperienced in customer service. Home Depot needs to do a better job of selecting department managers.
Every single time I go here to pick up an online order, they can't find any of the items. First, the order hasn't been pulled - so I'll have to wait. Then they find the newest, slowest employee to get the order ready... I'll wait for an hour before they tell me they can't find any of the items and that they'll just cancel the order. “Oh we can just cancel the order and the money will go back onto your card." This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this Home Depot (3507). EVERY SINGLE TIME!

It went very smooth placing the order in the store. Very nice personnel. Jose and Adrian Garcia delivered it today. They were the best.!!! So friendly and took care of everything to make sure I was pleased. Highly recommend them. Any other appliances I may order, I will definitely be requesting them. Thanks so much.
Ordered and paid for appliance in late April. Delivery scheduled for May 14 and install May 15. No appliance, no install, no call, and no accountability. Run around.. don't do business with these bums!

If not for the theft I encountered while in a disarray. Which would only be by employees somewhat bothers me. It appears it is not hard to track things and note baggage mass changes. It is hard to see me keep the sockets I pulled from my Craftsman set for all are hardly used. They were in a husky pouch I bought on site. So besides wondering why an employee would steal from me when they could maybe more easily steal from the store. It's messed up. I do even want to return and work as was.
