Very poor customer service no one to help and no one seems to know anything shame on home depot what happened to customer service
Terrible worst costumer service ever there is never any help and if you ask someone for help there is this is not my department I hate it I was there 35 before anyone can help me
WORST layout and poorly designed retail store I've experienced in a long time
Worst service and follow up, which is truly disappointing. Attempted to get front doors, representative came to our home but never produced an estimate. A call, an email, visits to the store and still no estimate or contact from HD.
On our delivery day we received a call saying the delivery truck had been at our front door, took a picture, and left a note because we weren't home. We were sitting in our living room waiting for the knock. There was no note, no one, knocked on our door and no proof of this picture. I got the call that they would be here in 30 minutes, but then Home Depot said they called my phone and it had been disconnected within that 30 minute time frame. They are a bunch of liars.
