First of all they let me bring my sweet dogs in which I love. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful and got my boyfriend and I the cuts of lumber that we needed.
Registered for kids workshop and was told they ran out because they gave it only to registered people. That was a lie (I have evidence of this). Ruined my autistic child's day.
Went to Home Depot today for a class primarily for women, we learned a lot and made a small quilt ladder. Thanks for the help Home Depot and the fun project! I learned a lot!!

I had the best experience at the Chico Home Depot on Sunday, April 9. I did not know the pro desk was closed on Sunday and was going to have to make a special trip on Monday or wait til I came back to town on Tuesday. A young man named Justin was able to help me I looking up my old invoices from 2009 and finding the name of the item I wanted to re-order. He re-ordered my decking and I am good to go I'm so happy with Home Depot for hiring such good quality people.
Great people! Very helpful as we are evacuated from Oroville.
