Decided I needed to get a new fridge wanted to see what home depot had to offer since they are one of my go to stores. After going there trying to find a fridge, I found the one I wanted with absolutely no help at all while trying to find help, there was no one there to ask questions about the fridge or the price or anything it was ridiculous and once we found help from this lady she was awful in customer support, I was extremely disappointed but I still bought the fridge. All your very young employee should be wearing masks. Some do, one young man in gardening that helped us had one on, but the cashier did not.
Great store with good management
Recently we went into the Chico home depot and loaded 90 pound cement bags by our 60 year old selves. while the workers in that area stood there, 2 of them not even assisting just looking at us! nd then when we asked if they had a fiber bonding material which we purchases at guy renrs last time, the material to help hold the concrete, they questioned what it was! we were like are you in this department? is this your department? why yes it is. then learn your freakin job and learn your customer service lowes here we come!
This particular store the employees are RUDE!! Nobody really wants to help you.
Recommendedvolunteering for the Salvation army in chico and picked up shelving for our makeshift store...your employee DOMINIQUE was AMAZING!! She was helping us and smiling and really great to work with. there were 2 others that were just as helpful but i didnt get their names. thank you Dominique and Chico Home Depot!!
Spent 4000.00 at your store so far in kitchen remodel on a co owned home in Paradise. Have a refrigerator issue and been trying over month to resolve... Clerk turns us over to hold for supervisor... on hold many times and no response. NO call back and NO HELP. Used store many times... no more...
I order a fountain from Home Depot to be delivered to my home. The guy drops it off in my driveway and immediately leaves before I can inspect the contents. They placed the fountain parts on a pallet and bent a piece of old particle board on the top and bottom with flimsy cardboard between the pieces of the fountain. Of course it was badly damaged. Ten minutes after the delivery I call Home Depot and ask them to remove the fountain. They won't remove it and they won't call the truck driver to take it back because that is not... read more
