This store is the best. All of their staff are friendly, super helpful and just darn nice!!!
The point to having a warehouse style store is to have overstock. Why is it your always out of stuff. Either your employees are not doing their jobs or your inventory system sucks.
WHAT exactly is WRONG with your inventory system?! Several times now I've ordered something online or checked stock online and went to the store and the inventory was WRONG. And I'm not talking like someone just bought it. No, it was confirmed that wasn't the case. FIX your inventory! There is NO reason why the computer says you have THREE of a fairly unique large item in stock when I place the order, then you only have ONE waiting for me when I get there. FIX your inventory system! Or teach people how to count........
I made the mistake of losing my receipt on a chainsaw. I paid cash and did not use my pro rewards. The nice lady. Rhonda the returns counter couldn't help as I was out of the policies. I came home to search for the receipt but to. I avail. I called and asked to speak with a manager. Josh quickly answered and was more than willing to help me. He made the exchange simple and quick for me so I could get back out there and make a living. GREAT JOB

Have stopped purchasing goods at Home Depot. Lowes has a more progressive military discount offer.
Went to this store yesterday with someone who served in the military, was told his VA card did not meet the eligibility to receive the military discount, because it didn't have a code, offered for customer sales associate to view his DD214, was immediately told not to show it, because it's not an acceptable piece of documentation! Wow! Never had a problem with any store until yesterday. With this in mind, I guess you have to be a special kind of Veteran!
This store has the best customer service!!! I have been very very delighted shopping here. And extremely surprised at how excellent the customer service is.
