Placed an order for a patio door 3 months ago. Had to call them every single week because they refused to deliver it on time which was 2 weeks as promised. 3 months later, i have the patio door but THEY FORGOT to deliver the screen door that comes with the door. In total i paid $2300 for the door and installation. I'm still calling every week to get updates on my screen door. Literally the worst customer service when it comes to big orders. I don’t recommend anything about Home Depot!! Just had the worst customer service experience!! Tried to have a Home Depot referral for replacing a sliding glass door and window. Scheduled an in-home consult for 7/13 at 6:30. No show no call. I rescheduled an apt for 7/15 at 9:30am. No call no show again! I called to check status and basically they told me I would have to reschedule again wasted two days waiting on poor service and wouldn’t recommend there services to anyone.

some good customer service. some not so good. Some don't act like they care about customers or to make a positive impression and the reason they have a job is customers...

DO NOT USE IN-STORE PICKUP IF YOU HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT SOCIAL DISTANCING. The store is too crowded. I picked up a pre-paid order at the service desk immediately inside the front door, and was told I had to walk through the store and through the narrow checkout area to the exit. Too many people hanging around the entrance and exit. This store should offer curbside pickup at the lumber entrance.

We went Saturday 4/4/20 to Rancho Cordova store. The workers had no masks and approached the car without any concern of social distance. We thought we could pick up the order we made online and paid for without going in and without having to have close contact. They said they didn't have that service and we would have to go in. My husband is 82, paraplegic with diabetes.
