Went to order carpet from this store and was told that I should be able to have it installed around the 12th or 13th as long as I chose one of their "72 hour carpets". They finally just got me on the schedule for the 19th. By 72 hours they mean whenever they get around to it. Won't make that mistake again, I mean going to home depot instead of RC Willey.

We purchased a washer and dryer from there last week. The guy that sold it to us was nice, knowledgable and helpful. It was supposed to be delivered today. We live on a military base. At the delivery time, the driver calls and tells us he has a warrant out for his arrest and he can't come on base. My husband had to go pick up the washer and dryer from the truck and we had to install it ourselves. My biggest concern of this is the guy was going to be coming into my house and he has a warrant out for his arrest. Seriously Home... read more

Spent so much time there they ask how you doing to day Mr Larsen. The wife and I bought our first house remodeled the whole thing before we moved in they helped with everything we wanted. Now this is our kids favorite store
The employees in the paint department are always so helpful as well as other employees, they're always making sure I'm finding what I needed.
