Whatever you’re paying Dennis at the Home Depot in Riverdale, it’s not enough. The man is an encyclopedia of home renovations. Not only was he friendly but he knew exactly what we needed and where to find it. If this man isn’t heading a department, then you are doing a true disservice to your company. When ordering drywall last fall it took close to two hours to load it because they couldn’t find a forklift operator. Fast forward to now and we had gone in and placed an order for 40 sheets of drywall on Wednesday for pickup today, Saturday. My husband shows up to pick up said order and IT ISNT READY. Home Depot really needs to focus on customer service and have orders ready that are placed days ahead. Not every customer can sit around for hours waiting for your employees to get their job done.
Customer service here is horrible! Every time! I will no longer shop here. Employees are very hard to come by, and when you finally find one and ask for assistance, it's a huge ordeal! The aisles are always so cluttered with crap, you can't get through or shop the shelves.
Are all planks of wood supposed to be an inch smaller than it says? My 12"x8' and my 12"x6' planks are just over 11" wide. Throwing my measurements off by almost 3 inches. Not cool, not to mention that will the many employees that I saw wandering around the front, no one even came around to see if I needed anything. But hey, they've got everything you need to DIY, I guess...
I have been standing in the fence isle for 45 min. One employee wondering around was a complete jerk when asked if he worked in fencing. Nope as he walks away, well i will take my 1k to Lowes for me fencing materials.
Every time I have been to this store I have been able to find someone to break down what I need and why for my DIY projects. Thank you!
They were awsome they helped me out they even cut my wood for a fundraiser I am doing.
This weekend my wife surprised me with a new riding lawn mower. John Deere brand. The battery ended up having a dead cell in it and wouldn't charge. Took the battery back in to exchange it. I don't have the young mans name who helped me but with zero hassle upgraded to a better battery at no charge to me. Excellent customer service on their end. Thanks.
