Its Home Depot. Its not know for its customer service. But word of advice, dont approach me about putting solar panels on my house when Im clearly lugging something massive to the return line.
My parents started a kitchen remodeling thru you in August, and it is still not completed. Apparently, your package price does not include shelves, then after you forced them to purchase shelves, you sent the wrong ones. Additionally, my parents were not informed that they had to hire a separate trades person to install the sink. This is a very disappointing experience for them, especially since it was their first remodel since purchasing the house in 1976.
I bought 3 appliances from them and they were delivered today by a guy who couldn't care less. The dryer is damaged and sitting in my garage. The washing machine is sitting next to it. The refrigerator, also damaged, is in my kitchen but also doesn't work. I have been on hold with this store for more than 45 minutes.
The staff is lazy and rude. We bought some wood and asked them to cut it for us. Every piece was cut unevenly, how is that possible with the tools they have? I also asked where I could find packaging tape and was told isle 3. (While currently in isle 21) I walk passed 2- 3 isles and there's a display of shipping supplies! Horrible experience as always. But it's the closest hardware store to us. �
