Intensely horrible DELIVERY ISSUES. My problem isn’t as much with the STORE as it is with your delivery. Initially bought WHAT I THOUGHT was an assembled OUTDOOR GAS GRILL to be delivered the next day. It’s dropped off at my door IN A BOX. I was instructed to RETURN to the store to exchange for an assembled grill. I complied with an AUGUST 5 delivery. BAD POINT ONE. I had a 14 hour window for delivery. 6am-8PM. I shop at this Monrovia Home Depot more often then not because most of the Store Managers and staff there are very nice and experienced, especially at the Pro-Desk with whom I deal with the most. The customer service there is much better than most Home Depot's I go to, and I'm in the Construction business so I go to many in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Bernardino vinsinitys, all over the South Cal regions.
